Vincent AMIAUX has been the sole director of GALERIE DES MODERNES since the end of 2023.

Co-founded in 1998 by Vincent AMIAUX and Philippe BISMUTH, initially on Paris's Right Bank, the gallery originally specialized in the French Masters of the 1910s to 1940s, before extending its interest to the whole range of 20th-Century Modern Masters.

Established in 2012 in the Carré Rive Gauche, in 2016 it moved into a larger space of 100 m² on two levels, located at 13 rue des Saints-Pères, 75006 Paris.                                                 

Vincent AMIAUX holds a Master1 in Private Law and a Master2 in Art History. He is a specialist in Cubism and has worked on the work of Albert Gleizes.

Audrey MIONE joined the gallery in 2016 as an assistant. She holds an MBA from ICART, Institut Supérieur des Carrières Artistiques - Art History, Criticism and Conservation - Specialization in Modern Art.

The gallery is a member of the Comité Professionnel des Galeries d'Art (CPGA) and of the Association du Carré Rive Gauche.

GALERIE DES MODERNES takes part in various international art fairs and events, such as BRAFA, Brussels.
